Computer-Aided Musical Orchestration

Can you play the instruments of an orchestra to resemble a person screaming or a car horn honking? Which instruments should you choose and what notes should each instrument play? We have programmed the computer to find combinations of notes from musical instruments that best approximate a target sound such as the scream or the car horn.
